Welcome to Note Parfaite
Fourth Generation, 18 Years of experience. Tuning, repairs and maintenance, in English and French.
About Note Parfaite
My name is Parker McClard, and I grew up around music and pianos. My family has worked as piano technicians for four generations, and I’ve been doing it for 18 years. I’m new to Toulouse and building my business here. I’m learning French, and I’m happy to speak English with you. I’ll always explain what your piano needs, honestly and without pressure. Read more about me and my professional experience here.
Whether your piano crossed the Atlantic or you’ve just bought one here, it’s likely to need attention. Moving, and changes in climate and humidity, can throw a piano out of tune within weeks. I recommend waiting two or three weeks after a move so it can settle, and then having it tuned so the work lasts.
Services
We pride ourselves in keeping up to date, transparent pricing, so there’s no surprises at your appointment. In short, a fine tuning will cost you 100 €. If your piano hasn’t been serviced in a while, it may need a pitch raise for an extra 30 €. Any other work beyond tuning (regulation, voicing, repairs, etc.) will be billed at 70 € per hour.
This website is viewable in both English and French for your convenience. View our services page for more details.

Servicing all over Toulouse
I serve Toulouse and the surrounding area, including Blagnac, Colomiers, Tournefeuille, Balma, and all the way out to Montauban, Auch, or Castelnaudary. Travel is free within 10 km of the city centre, and a small fixed fee applies beyond that. Neighbours who book the same day share the cost!
